Hello! Welcome to 7 Cups of Tea! I've been struggling a lot lately with anxiety and the people on 7 Cups have been great and a big help. I wanted to make myself available to help others. My experience is mostly with anxiety (most of mine is health related) and every day stress, but I can also help with break ups.
