Hello! I have been a 7Cups member since summer 2017. I am here to support because it is something that actually satisfies me! Lending my ear has really helped me understand that, even with whatever I have gone through, I can be a listener too! :) Are you lonely, frustrated, or even overwhelmed? I am here to listen and provide any necessary resources.

Even though I specialize in loneliness, I listen to a variety of topics.

Note: I do not discuss the following:

Alcohol/Drug Abuse, Sexual Health, Eating Disorders, Men's Issues, LGBTQ+ Issues, Schizophrenia, and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)

If I determine that I'm not the best for the topic, I will offer alternative resources (such as another listener, 7Cups therapist page, or online resource).
