I honestly didn't know what I was getting into when I first reached out. I was having one of those days where everything feels too heavy and you don't even know where to begin. But from the very first message, she made me feel like I had known her for years. She didn't rush me. She didn't throw advice at me before I even finished speaking. She just... listened. Really listened. The kind of listening where you can actually feel that the other person is present with you, not just waiting for their turn to talk. What struck me most was how she asked questions, not generic, textbook questions, but ones that showed she was actually paying attention to what I was saying. She picked up on the small things I mentioned in passing and gently brought them back in a way that made me feel truly seen. At no point did I feel judged. Not once. She won't fix your problems, but somehow after talking to her, they feel a little more manageable. And sometimes that's all you need.
