Bio

I have suffered from depression and social anxiety in some periods of my life and fortunately, I could conquer it with the help of 7 Cups and the doctor I met later. I then attended some mental health workshops offered by the university. I learned so much from those workshops and from the experience I had during my difficult times. I would love to be a shoulder for those who are in the place I was before. Please don't hesitate to shoot me a message :) I'll return to you as soon as I can.
