Bio
I am a double-certified end-of-life-doula with training in Emotional Consulting, and I have experience volunteering with cancer patients. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with plans to minor in Indigenous Studies. In the next few months, I will also be completing Trauma and Mental Health First Aid training to further strengthen my ability to support those in crisis.
With over two years of customer service experience at Starbucks, I’ve learned the power of patience, empathy, and deep listening. My personal experiences with loss, including my mother’s battle with cancer and the loss of a close friend at a young age, have shaped my commitment to supporting others through life’s toughest moments.
My goal is to become a therapist, helping individuals navigate their challenges with compassion and understanding. Through my training and personal journey, I have developed strong active listening skills and a deep sense of human connection and empathy. One of my greatest life purposes is to serve others, and I am here to offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can share, be heard, and feel supported.
