...See more Hello, since 4 months I've been hearing a voice in my head. It's my voice but I'm not saying the things that it says. It mostly says harmful things to other people and not me. It always does this when I'm talking to someone or even when I'm just walking on the streets. It's been really confusing and frustrating for me and I don't know what to do anymore. If anyone knows what this could be please answer cause it's really making me insane. Thank you
