Hi! I'm Grey 💛
I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever you're going through. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationships, grief, self-esteem, self-harm urges, suicidal thoughts, or just need someone to listen, you're welcome here.
I have lived experience with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD, chronic migraines, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I've also experienced the devastating loss of a best friend to suicide. These experiences have taught me how important it is to feel heard, understood, and supported during difficult times.
While I'm not a mental health professional, I understand what it's like to face emotional pain and mental health challenges. My goal is to listen with empathy, compassion, and respect, and to provide a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.
Outside of 7 Cups, I work as a swimming instructor and enjoy helping people build confidence and feel supported. I believe healing isn't always linear, and that sometimes having someone simply listen can make a meaningful difference.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can take things one step, one message, and one day at a time.
I'm glad you're here. 🌻
