I am a young adult, a parent and a compassionate listener. I have depression and anxiety. Life is sometimes difficult for everyone and sometimes it helps to simply have someone listen or offer impartial advice. I've been on both sides of the issue and worked in many places helping people just like us. Sometimes, I listen because it helps me stop obsessing over my own life. Sometimes I listen because there are so many people in need of just that. Either way, I listen.

But regardless of who I am . But life is a learning process and I am still I am learning that I create my own reality but... it's not always easy.
I may not know you, but I love you. Why? Because you're here. Because you're human. Because we have a shared experience, pain, sadness, lonliness, anxiety, depression, trauma... because we're trying and there's always hope .
