...See more Yesterday I went to the doctor and he said I need to enhance my self care by doing things that fill me up. I started a short list and I'd like to hear: what fills you up? -Quality time petting my dog -Trips to the dog park (in nice weather!) -Chatting on 7 Cups -Going to a church service and allowing myself to let go and connect -A yoga class that allows me to connect with myself and my inner reality -Cooking with friends -Iced coffee

...See more Hello All -  This weekend I had an extreme struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder, and as I head back to the work week, I carry a sort of hangover effect from it. I'm facing a week ahead with not much money, and also no New Year's Eve plans. Please think of me and send me good vibes today and the rest of the week. If anyone has low-cost NYE ideas, let me know!
