...See more I feel like I’m not myself as if I’m at a complete loss of self. I’m not sure where I’m heading or I feel like I’m losing everything that’s made me. I’m not sure if it’s change but it feels uncomfortable, anxious and depressing.

...See more So my trichotillomania has been serious and I'm not sure why, I know it's tied to my anxiety but I'm not sure how to fix it, I've had to shave my beard because of this, something that's a common occurrence due to the hair pulling, if anyone else can relate, how do you manage it, please. Im not sure how much more I can take.
