...See more My life has been filled with ups & downs, like anyone here. And 7Cups helped me when I was in an incredibly dark space. I just recently got back on my ADHD medication. It’s been helping loads already & I can feel a weight being lifted from my shoulders. If you are reading this, and everything just feels insurmountable in light of the circumstances this mental health issues presents to us, you are never EVER alone. ...See more Hey everyone! I’m new here. About a month or so ago, my wife found out about my addiction. She’s been loving, supportive & helpful. The main issue I'm having is dealing with the shame & guilt of what I feel like I've become. I’ve been abstaining well. Only two slip-ups so far. But each day, I look back on my actions, see how I've hurt her self worth & image, and I feel like a complete monster. I'm happy there is a community here that understands the same thing I'm dealing with. I’d love your feedback & support, if you have any. Thank you for listening & hearing me out!
