Hei! I am glad, you have found me on here,
I am a trained active listener. I´d like to support people struggling with depression, anxiety, ptsd, panic attacks, self harm and eating disorders.
I have A LOT experience with all of these. I am still trying to recover myself, but I know how to deal with things like these.
I enjoy doing sports, listening to good music, reading and travelling, of course listening to people and at least trying to help them.
