Hi, my name is Krystal. I'm a paraplegic mother who once was able to walk, who is just trying to navigate this new life. I'd love to be a safe, compassionate space for anyone to be heard without fear of judgement. Learning to live with this new disability has given me a deeper sense of empathy for anyone feeling alone, isolated, stressed or dealing with everyday life challenges.
