Most of my life I have battle with depression, anxiety, with myself and others in my life. I've done a lot that I regret because of it, and I have hurt a lot of people. Something that really helps me find peace, is helping others. When I am talking to people and helping them with their problems, it boost how I feel about myself as well. I have always loved helping others and I like to think of myself as a great ear to listen to.
