...See more I struggle with feeling anxious when talking with my parents and in large groups of people. My parents don't understand at all. When I get anxious my heart races, I get nauseous and I over heat and my palms sweat. I get dizzy and just all around nervous. Is there any strategies that would maybe help me to deal with these symptoms going into situations that make me anxious? Or that I could use as I feel these symptoms coming On? Any suggestions would be great. 💛
