I am here at 7Cups to support people struggling with bullying, self harm, family stress, self esteem, relationships, work stress and LBGTQ+ issues. How can I help you? Well, I've overcome a lot in life on the above issues - and most importantly I just want to help by really listening to you. I am a life coach and HR professional, and have a solid grasp on psychology, if not a degree in it.
