...See more Nightmares seem outside our control, are they? has anyone made worthwhile links to causation and therefore solutions? even if no answers to the above questions, please if you’d like to share your nightmares?  We sleep a third of our life going on wakefulness hours being two to one, and with such opportunities it likely materialises. the mind during  sleep I think needs to be listened to at as it a substantial part of life. so nightmares, what are yours, how do you deal with them and do you recognise any relation to waking life’s events and causation?

...See more The moment I was unwilling escorted to hospital due to a severe attempt that put no effort into hiding my actions, everything has become so covert as not doing so undermines the ultimate goal so I’ve learned. Am I the only person like this? Does anyone take pleasure and intend to create such a wreckage in their lives because the potential guilt along with a perfectly destroyed life in every aspect give the easiest excuse for justification of actions, making going back more unfavourable that what you already faced fuels courage…. Curious if anyone has ever been here or is it just me…
