...See more I am not usually one to seek support from a community like this but in an effort to feel more connected to others I am trying something new... Last summer I was gang raped and an injury from the assult has been causing me chronic pain since. Every minute or every day I feel the pain and am reminded of the event. I live in a constant state of being reminded of one of the worst days of my life. My mental health has suffered greatly and the PTSD symptoms feel unbearable at times. What are some of the ways that you all have learned to cope with chronic pain? Has anyone else struggled with depression and other mental health issues? Thank you for the support and letting me share!
