We only got to talk for a few minutes, but I can already tell that Ladd is an amazing listener. She is extremely compassionate and understanding. I'm really looking forward to talking with her again. I think I'll be able to open up to Ladd and feel comfortable and supported. It's not often you get that feeling from someone so quickly.

I really enjoyed talking with her about my sexuality. Not only is she is happy to discuss topics relating to lgbtq, but she does so with the utmost professionalism and empathy. I'd recommend talking to her if you're questioning or would simply like a non-judgemental ear.
