Hello, I'm new member to 7 cups

I'm also an INFP, Empath, Clairsentient Pisces (which basicly means I feel allot of feels). Spiritual but not religious.

At 44, I am a mother, step mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and daughter.

I suffer from bi-polar 2 with severe depressive episodes , anxiety, self isolation, and a few other issues I'm not ready to share yet. I have always struggled with the darkness inside but recently it got so server I ended up hospitalized. Those were some of the darkest times in my life and the fear of going back to that place can sometimes be crippling. I have been trying to heal since then but it's been very hard. I struggle with therapy, well maybe just finding a therapist I can trust but i guess that's just another issue.
I'm hoping reaching out here will be easier than In the real world.
