...See more I've been swallowed by anxiety-turned-depression. It took me 4 days to take a shower that I really wanted to take. I sit here, hungry. Snacking here and there but I feel too overwhelmed to decide on and make a meal, even if it's just microwaving a frozen something. My cats litter boxes need to be cleaned and I REALLY want to do it for them but I've gotten behind and it feels like such a big task. I *know* in my logical mind that it's not impossible, but I just feel SO stuck. I hate this feeling. It's torture and so hard to crawl out of. I live alone and can easily spend a week or more without direct human contact. I know that's part of the problem. I just wish I had someone here to be with me... They don't even have to help with the chores. I would just feel so much safer and more calm if I wasn't all alone.
