I feel guilty

...See more Me, my boyfriend (V) and my boyfriend's ex (R) were all in the same class at school a few years ago! At that time at school, V and I were just classmates, in fact we barely spoke, (even because I was dating another boy for 4 years) but with R I used to talk more, but it wasn't a huge friendship! However in 2016 high school ended and I never spoke to either of them again! In 2018 I ended my relationship I talked about and V and R also ended around the same time! R cheated on V for 1 year and my story with my ex wasn't much better! However, V found out that I had also ended my relationship and started trying to create some friendship with me but I always refused because of R! But as time went by we ended up forming a friendship, we were very supportive of each other because we were both at a very difficult stage... The months went by and V started to create stronger feelings for me, until sometime later I ended up feeling the same! Today we are dating and Im so happy with him, i feel a peace that I have never really felt, everything is perfect, we have 2y! However I continue to feel this guilt since the beginning of our history because of R, I feel that I was a bad friend with her, it's a guilt that consumes me...
