Hello my name is Michael. I suffer from severe depression and am in long term recovery for Substance Misuse Disorder. I am working on myself and if I can help someone at the same time that is even better. I don't profess to being an expert of anything but I have much experience under my belt in many areas. I like reading, writing, binge watching Netflix and am always open to any ideas for something fun to do.
I try and practice the Golden Rule and to be non-judgmental so please if you need someone to talk to about anything I will be here for you.
