Hello there!

I'm Lara, a freelance artist and an intern here at 7 cups of tea.

I enjoy train rides, hiking, writing, cooking for my friends and challenges.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out, but also, how healing it is to be able to open up and lean on someone.

So I am proud of you for coming this far!

Just send me a message, we can make out a time to chat or we can exchange messages email-style. I might take a while to reply, as I'm at a very busy stage in my life.

The subjects I am most comfortable with are Eating Disorders (and other forms of self harm), Sexuality and Migration. (This does NOT mean I take sexual or sexting chats of any nature, ever! This is not the website for that.)
We can talk in English, German or Dutch.
