Bio
In 2017, I became disinterested in school, writing, and everything else I enjoyed doing. I didn't realize I was depressed until a schoolmate advised me to seek help.
Even though getting help was difficult because I was a broke student, I felt relieved and better knowing that someone was there to listen. And this piqued my interest in young adults' mental health.
Writing and working with young adults have helped me become a better listener over the years. Also, as an autistic individual, I understand what it's like to have poor mental health and/or a mental illness, especially when you don't even realize you have it.
Consequently, I'm interested in assisting you in becoming better. Your mental health is just as important as your physical and sexual health. And you should take care of it as much as you do your overall health.
My priority is you and your mental health because a mentally healthy person is the one who can be the change they want to see.
Why don't we set up a meeting today? I look forward to meeting you. Enjoy.
