I love our community, it is a very special place! I believe what we are working towards will change the world!

My advice to you: join in! If it's uncomfortable, you are doing it right.

I wanted to share: I am super excited to share that Jill (under the management and support of Beth, the Head of Service Delivery) will be taking over in my footsteps. Heather, Lorraine and Hope will stay in their roles. Lorraine will be taking on more hours to help with project coverage. We will be providing more information about this transition as the week goes on. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to reach out.

...See more Hello 7 Cups, After 5 plus years in my role, I have decided to step back from my role. It has been an absolute pleasure working with each of you and building this incredible community together. I am very proud of what we have accomplished together. I have been humbled by the opportunity to work at 7 Cups and with our community time and again. I know 7 Cups will flourish well into the future. Thank you for being on this journey with me. My last day is Friday, October 18th. Please come say goodbye at the following times this week: ----> Thursday, October 17 at 4PM ET ----> Friday, October 18 at 3PM ET I will be present in both teen and adult rooms! Please meet in Laura's Office! After this time, I will still retain my 7 Cups listener account, but will be less available. If youd like to stay in touch beyond 7 Cups, please reach out and I can share my non-7 cups email. Thank you for being my cheerleader and teaching me so much about myself, community management, the internet, love, support, and human nature. ...See more Hello Teens, As you know, we lost our Teen CM a few months ago. We've been hard at work trying to figure out how to get someone plugged back in to help with our incredible teen community! Today, I am excited to share that in addition to her other work around the site, ***HEATHER*** (@Heather225) will be taking on the Teen Community Manager role! Despite being really busy with her role, she still would take out so much time to listen to me. I was totally in pain when I reached out to Laura, she responded my message very quickly and she has done anything she could to help me out, spent her precious time for me. Thank you so much for your time, encouragement, for being there, and the most importantly for being patient with me and lending an ear without any judgement and reminding me there's still a hope. Laura truly deserves a lot of appreciation. I wish her well.
