...See more Hi lovely people <3 I am not very familiar with Anxiety yet as I have it for a few months. But one of my main concerns and annoyances is that I get nausea quite frequently in difficult situations. It gets to the point of not being able to talk anymore because I would just throw up. I thought it was all in my head about feeling sick but the other day I actually did throw up and it really scared me. If anyone has tips about this, please let me know! I would love you forever.
