Hello- I'm LauraLouise, or Lou, if you prefer.

I'm a British woman in my 30's. I've recently started working in local governance, I study as a mature student and I have children and stepchildren from married adults to teenagers to toddlers. If I get the spare time I like nature, cakes and good conversation. I took this photo of a pony while enjoying all three at once!

I'm a new listener here. I bring with me many years experience of supporting people across a variety of different settings. I especially like to support people struggling with relationship issues, parenting troubles or family stresses.

I like to think of myself as practical, kindly, trustworthy and occasionally a little bit insightful- hopefully a bit like an understanding Aunty for the internet.
