Hello! I'm Lauren, welcome to 7cups! I'm glad you're here. In addition to having many direct experiences with mental health struggles, I'm also currently working towards my BS in Psychology with the end goal of pursuing clinical psychology work. I'm interested in providing a space of empathy and compassion where you are able to freely talk about your concerns. I am most familiar with discussion issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, panic attacks, LGBTQ+ issues, self esteem, self harm, eating disorders, and also general mental/emotional wellness and coping.
