Hi I'm Layke 💗

😸I'm 17F & a Junior in HS

 😢I came on here because I been feeling lonely lately & it would be nice to meet some new friends since my friend group at school has had a recent breakup that's causing drama and hurt feelings. 

💔I'm mostly an upbeat person so this latest loneliness and sometimes melancholy is new for me & it's left me feeling adrift.

🤓Things I like to do are reading books. I read literally everyday, and I even try to write stories sometimes but I rarely finish them before starting a new one. I snowboard in the Winter and my favorite place in the Summer is the beach. I love the ocean and I love the mountains, and I'm lucky enough to live in a state where both are nearby. 🤘 I also love music and mostly 90's rock, punk and alt rock. My favorite artist is The Smashing Pumpkins. But seriously I can listen too, and enjoy, just about any genre of music. I am in school concert band and I play guitar, clarinet, and drums, but I sorta suck at drums. Eventually I want to do something for a career that allows me to travel. I've kinda got the travel bug lately. 🏖️

🌈I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and proud of it! I identify as she/her (AFAB) and am omnisexual/homoromantic. Yeah I know it's a mouthful but ask if you don't know what that means. I'm out to my parents and most of my family and my close friends, but things have been weird lately with growing homophobia that sounds like we are living in the 1980's or something.
