...See more My mothers ex husband sexually abused me all throughout highschool and after now that I live with my gf he drives by multiple times a day idk why he feels the need but It gives me a lot of flashbacks which cause me to want to cut more I wish he would just go away :"(

...See more I've had all these traumatic situations happen to me, and I feel everyone around me friends and family even my gf don't really understand how easy it is to be triggered or reminded of those times, I'm working through it I was even diagnosed with ptsd and severe depression and anxiety disorders. I don't feel comfortable sharing that with them because I'm scared of how they will react and what they will do. I really miss my mother we were really close she always understood or tried to help me through what ever it was without making me feel guilty or like trash. She passed away last august so being without her is a heavy weighing sadness. So I cry like a ghost alone in private or at my therapists.
