This person has helped to think in a better way...I'm suffering from anxiety and depression and I'm very stubborn and I overthink alot but he has answers to all my questions and doubts and tries to calm me down by telling me how can I overcome my problems and keep my mind and myself at peace and accept things and reality of life.
