...See more Hello everyone, This week has been a really hard one for me since my anxiety seems to slowly make its way back to me. I've been suffering from health anxiety in the past but managed to heal for some years... But this week it came back. It started with the weird feeling in my legs and arms and culminated with the sensations in my chest and throat. Feelings of having something stuck in the throat, like someone is sitting on the chest, like its hard to take deep a breath, like you need to cough to clear your throat. All these things have been happening for two days. It all made me think I have asthma. I have no history of asthma in the family or for myself BUT after going on dr google, it pointed me on this road.. And the fear is kicking me down. It comes and goes... I might feel some burning in the chest, i might feel some gurgling in the ribs, it shifts, and it goes and it comes back. I am really conscious about every single action that goes on and on high alert.. Is this asthma? Can it be? Outta nowhere just like that? Or is this my health anxiety.. // I did make an appointment with a doctor for MONDAY as that was the fastest he could receive me.. But until then.. My mind is ruminating... And I really need your help.. Thank you
