A little bit about me:

My name is Jessica and I listen to teens. You can talk to me about anything--I am here for you! I have personal experience with anxiety and mood disorders, LGBT issues, self-harm, relationship and family stress, visual and cognitive disabilities/ASD, and the general stressers of everyday life. Life can be very stressful for anyone, and sometimes just talking can be really helpful. I hope to help you identify good coping strategies; gain perspective; and overall feel heard, understood, and supported. I am an aspiring clinical psychologist and am honored that I get to help and support people on 7cups! I am always seeking to become a better listener, so I appreciate honest feedback. If I make you feel uncomfortable or you feel I am not understanding your issue, please let me know!!!
