I'm a young man who went through more than a lot of old people, I have struggled with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, and much much more, I did a lot of therapy including EMDR, CBT, ACT,and Psychodynamic, I worked a lot of myself in a part of what's helping me is listening to others, so feel free to talk what your instincts is telling you and don't feel bad, because you're helping me!!!
