...See more Hi I am new to this website/app and I figured I sign up and hopefully find someone I can talk to other than my pyscharist and therapist and need someone to talk to who really understands what I am going through. My current state right now I am suffering with PMDD severely as I do every month. I am feeling so many roller coaster emotions such as angry sad depressed and so on. Not sure if these emotions are related to my PMDD or my bipolar disorder and Anxiety disorder which are also what I have been struggling with since I was 13 years old. I am not going to go into details about my lengthy story just yet because that is a whole another set of problems I am dealing with as Well. I am really just looking for another female I could chat with and would listen to me and can relate to some of the things I struggle with on a day to day basis. SO to start Out I am a 29 year old Female been married for 6 years and my emotions are all over the place I currently have Bipolar and anxiety and ADD where ny husband doesnt have any of these issues and you can start to see my uphill battle of him not understanding a thing going on in my life. This is where the struggle is my emotions are a roller coaster and I am driving him away which Hurts me so much I love him and he litterally is my soul mate he gets every part of me besides my mental illnesses and this where our gap is in the relationship. I am currently on medications such Seroquel and a very low doese of xanax (only when need) and do my therapy every month. It helps but I feel I need to talk to someone that can really relate to my issues. I have terrible outbursts that drive everyone away even in public and its to the point where I make myself so embarrassed even my husband embarrassed I try to mask it and act like I dont care. As of now emoitions are at a all time high as its that time of month for me and my PMDD is driving me insane!!! I am angry at everyone and everything for no reason and it hurts because I feel so sick on the inside and dont want to feel this way. I was sexually and physcially abused as child and also had one suicide attempt as a teenager. I am past the suicidal thoughts/attempts I just have wild emotions going forward. I am using my coping skills daily which WOrking out daily 1-2 hrs a day everyday sometimes taking 2 days off a week and doing yoga twice a week. It Helps but doesnt seal the wound for me. I also have a pretty terrible past that has litterally damaged all of me and still bothers me a day to day basis which I am comfortable talking about this to someone privately. What advice can anyone give me that also struggles with PMDD anxiety and bipolar diorder all at once? (I know I got quite the lengthy list of problems). What can I do in my life to bring more happiness into my marraige and on myself? ( I am worried that If I dont make a change he could divorce me but I also worry about everything) How can I control my emotions and outburts besides the tools im already using?
