I'm a life coach, Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, Chakra Therapist. I also work with those suffering with PTSD and low self esteem in men and women .
I practice meditation and have group meet ups for those that suffer with anxiety.
I've taken special classes to handle work related stress and traumatic experiences during disasters.

Was absolutely amazing, very understandable. Especially with my life's story, we really connected. This listener made me realize that I was not the only one that went down my path in life.
