In 2008, I was diagnosed with chronic major depression, anxiety, and a couple of other little things. I wear my clinical label proudly; I earned it!

I do the work daily, and I survived and continue to thrive! 

I became a professional Certified Life Coach to use my life lessons, experiences, and education to embolden Others. I was beyond blessed with life-saving professional help and a small but massive support system.

Paying it forward with the hope of inspiring and elevating others is a privilege. I’m genuinely interested and care about people; I don’t want anyone to feel alone. No matter how big or small, if it matters to you, It.Matters.

Life has ups and downs; but if you give yourself a chance, the downs will pass, and you’ll come out stronger and smarter.
