Hello, I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tear. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with anxiety and stress to help them to live a happier life. I am a widow, mother, and grandmother so I have had to cope with many life challenges and stresses in the past and I have learned some life skills.
