...See more Hi, My name is Shana. Aka Lily. I'm just beginning my healing journey from Trauma that I experienced in childhood and later in my adult life. Recently, Ive needed to separate from my family of origin, at least temporarily- I think permanently from some, and most recently I was in a painful relationship that I haven't completely processed. Before that I was in a 10 year relationship with a man, we lived together. I'm waiting to attend a therapist appointment, but it's not until January 26th. There are a lot of people in need right now, we all know that-- Anyway, I don't have that much support right now. And it would helpful to have a listener here on 7 cups who I could check in with, regularly, who understands CPTSD. I'm an artist, poet and currently I'm working in non profit, part time while I begin my healing... I'm kind, smart, funny and easy to talk to.
