...See more I have been having panic attacks for many years now. Again and again with them I have agoraphobia. Others think and say the usual ; that all I need to do is just come out of my apartment. Go do this and that, be around people and I will be ok. I do not want to go into a huge discussion or explanation with them. I have tried to say, there are times I do have a hard time leaving my apartment. That I really do not like it but it happens and I am working on it. I do not know what else to say
