...See more Hi, I'm a stay-at-home mom who lives in another country far away from where im from. I recently had a mental breakdown and my depression has been really bad since... These days things are getting worse and worse and now just thinking about going to language school gives me strong anxiety and suicidal thoughts. After coming back from school, I usually can't stop crying and sometimes have panic attacks. After that I just feel numb...and especially these days i feel like I'm worseless. I guess i seriously need some kind of help. I hope this app will help me feel better.
