...See more When I was a kid my mom had gotten remarried to someone that I really saw as a father figure and they were happily married for quite a few years. Eventually, They had been fighting a lot but because I was only 12 I didn’t think it would lead to anything bad. One year I went to visit some family for a couple weeks. When I came back home my mom had moved us out and gotten divorced and I didn’t find out about it until it was too late and she had taken us to a different house that was our new home. Didn’t see my step dad or talk to him again for about 4 years.
