I think I have BPD, please help

...See more Hi everyone, I’m new here. A couple of months my boyfriend told me that he thought I had BPD and I brushed it off. Now that I’m desperately trying to figure out why I act and feel the way I do, I think he might be right. The problem is, therapy is too expensive and I can’t get a professional opinion. So any advice on what I could do? Or anyone willing to just talk, because it’s making me feel like it’s all in my head, but I have majority of the symptoms, I just really want to stop feeling this way. It’s unbearably tiring.
