...See more Does anyone else have trouble getting/staying motivated? I'm really struggling with doing more than the bare minimum most days. I have been officially diagnosed with childhood PTSD and am under the care of a counselor. There are things I want to do, like start sewing, play videogames, stuff like that but I find myself stuck sitting here unable to gain the energy to accomplish anything. I would appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions, or tips of how to combat this?
