Hi, I am 44 years-old, married, and a mother of an 11 year-old boy. I struggle with emotional regulation most likely caused by BPD, leading to suicidal depressive episodes that wreak havoc on my life. I also struggle with anxiety and insomnia. I love animals and volunteer at The Dumb Friends League in Denver. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Art and I'm an atheist and a skeptic. I'm just starting intensive therapy for BPD and am hoping to get some support here while on my journey to recovery.
