Hello! I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-injury, abuse, and family issues. I enjoy running, reading, singing, dancing, teaching, and helping people. I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you. If I'm online, then please feel free to start a chat. If I'm offline, then send me a message and we can set up a time to connect.
Any tips will be donated to the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN) to help fund rape crisis centers and hotlines. Together, we can raise awareness.
"Life is full of ups and downs. It is a roller coaster. Some days, you feel like you're at the top of the world. Others, you feel like you've sunken into the depths of the earth. The thing about roller coasters though, is that they start out straight, and after every pit there's a climb, and that they end out straight. Remember this, and everything will turn out ok."
"Life is like a good novel. There's a normal, an inciting incident, some small battles, a huge battle known as the climax, and a descent, with an ending return to normal. Normal is non-existence. It is before and it is after. Birth is your inciting incident. Small battles are everywhere, some wins and some losses. Then there's the climax, the biggest battle of all. After that, there is a descent. It can be quick or it can take years. But in the end, everything turns out normal. And you learn along the way that it's worth it, it's worth every battle, because in this world, there is love. And everyone loves a good novel."
Lindsey was awesome, she really helped me when I wasn't feeling like I fit in.
Lindsey93 is very caring and compassionate. She is also very understanding. She has really helped me a lot.
Very good listener.
Lindsey is remarkably empathic and gentle. If anxiety had a face, I'd recommend her to anxiety itself! Thanks for a wonderful talk Lindsey :)
