...See more Hello! My name is Ashleigh and I was diagnosed with BiPolar and PTSD just last year. Im graduating from a long term mental health program and I’m finally in a place where I am starting to get a handle on what BP looks like for me. But it feels very isolating as many people don’t feel comfortable sharing their diagnosis (including myself). I don’t have the confidence for that yet, so I thought this would be a good place to start. 🤞
