Hi everyone! My name is Sam, and I am originally from south Wales, however, for the past 10 years I have lived in both Spain and Norway. I am in my early 30's and have been a listener since my mid 20's.
I have a working background in sports, fitness, hospitality, tourism and IT - all that help to develop good (practical) coping mechanisms and success strategies.
I enjoy being an active listener and helping guide those who are uncertain to come to their conclusions with the information they have.
