Hello and welcome to 7 Cups of Tea! My name's Red, and I'm a trained listener and psychological first-aider. I'm based in the UK, and I've been working with 7 Cups for almost a year now, to help people just like you when they need someone to talk to. I'm currently studying psychology, drama and philosophy, but when I'm not studying I love to travel, act and go to music festivals. I believe that no problem is too small- is it's getting you down, then let's talk about it! Everything you tell me is confidential, so it stays between you and me.
